Orders are shipped using USPS in a secure bubble wrap envelope to keep your jewelry safe during delivery. Rush orders and delivery are also available for $36.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your custom jewelry. But please note that each piece is custom made for you. Therefore, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges. Letters and numbers are individually hand stamped and slight misalignment adds character to each unique piece. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact us so we can work together to reach a solution.
Completion Time
Each piece is hand-crafted upon receipt of payment. Please allow 2 weeks for completion and shipping of your custom order. We will contact you if any supplies are back-ordered.

Jewelry Care
Sterling silver and copper jewelry naturally tarnish when exposed to air and other elements. But, the good news is that the more a piece is worn, the less it will tarnish. To ensure longevity, we encourage you to store your piece in a plastic bag or jewelry pouch, which we include. Our jewelry has been oxidized, or antiqued, to add depth. For this reason we recommend that you avoid polishing creams, dips, and/or liquids as they can remove oxidation. High-quality polishing cloths are available in the "A La Carte" section of the website. It is recommended to not wear your piece when in the shower, swimming, or while you sleep.
Flatware Care
The flatware is made of stainless steel and is safe to wash in the dishwasher.
